  • What kind of businesses do you work with?

    We primarily support service-based entrepreneurs, small business owners, and creative professionals who need streamlined systems, project support, or strategic operations guidance.

  • What services do you offer?

    We offer four core service categories: Strategic Support & Client Experience, Admin Systems & Operations, Systems & Optimization, and Project & Event Management — plus á la carte services for specific needs like LLC registration, social content scheduling, and more.

  • Do I have to choose a package?

    Not at all. While packages offer the best value, we also offer á la carte services and focused add-ons for one-time or project-based needs.

  • How do the service retainers work?

    Retainers are booked by hours (10, 20, or 40 hours/month). We track time spent on tasks, and you’ll always receive a report at the end of the month. Unused hours do not roll over unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • What if I don’t use all my hours?

    We’ll always aim to maximize your time by staying aligned on priorities. If you're unsure what to delegate, we can help you identify impactful tasks to offload.

  • How do I request support?

    You'll receive a dedicated client portal to submit tasks, track progress, and communicate with me directly. We use tools like Dubsado, ClickUp, and Google Workspace to stay organized.

  • How do you communicate with clients?

    We’ll communicate primarily through your client portal or email. If your plan includes meetings, those will be scheduled in advance. For quick updates or questions, we respond during business hours within 24–48 hours.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am–4pm CST. We do not work on weekends or holidays unless otherwise agreed upon for urgent projects.

  • Do you offer revisions?

    Yes — most services include three rounds of revisions. Additional edits or revisions outside the scope of the original agreement may be subject to additional fees.

  • How do I book a service?

    Head to the contact or intake form on my website to get started. Once we receive your info, we’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call or send a proposal tailored to your needs.

  • Do you offer consultations before I commit?

    Yes! We offer free 30-minute discovery calls so we can determine if we’re a good fit and which services make sense for your business.

  • What’s the turnaround time for projects?

    Timelines vary based on the project and your availability. Once we define the scope, we’ll provide an estimated timeline. Retainer clients receive priority scheduling.

  • How does payment work?

    Payments are collected via Zelle, credit card, or ACH payment and are required upfront to secure your spot. For retainer clients, invoices are due monthly on a set date.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the nature of the services, all sales are final. However, we’re committed to your satisfaction and will always work with you to ensure you’re satisfied with the outcome.

  • Do you help with starting a business?

    Yes! We offer an á la carte service to help you register your LLC and obtain your EIN number. We’ll handle the paperwork and ensure everything is filed correctly — you are responsible to pay your state’s filing fees.

  • Do you offer social media content creation or influencer marketing services?

    While we may assist with occasional one-off tasks like designing an event flyer or scheduling pre-made content, content strategy, branding, and copywriting are not my primary services. We’re happy to refer you to trusted creatives if you need that type of support.

  • Do you write blog posts, email newsletters, or web copy?

    No, we don’t offer long-form writing or marketing content development as a service.However, we’re happy to help organize your content calendar or streamline processes for communicating with your audience if it supports your broader goals.

  • Can you design a brand for my business?

    No, we do not offer brand design, logo creation, or full visual identity packages.
    If you need help organizing assets you already have (like adding your logo to documents or customizing templates), we can assist within those boundaries.
